When it comes to school personnel matters, there is a place to turn to get the answers to your questions:  the New York State Association of School Personnel Administrators (NYSASPA).

NYSASPA provides education and information to more than 300 administrators involved in human resource functions for public school districts and BOCES throughout the state.

This website was developed as a means for our members to share ideas and materials that are important and/or relevant to the field of personnel administration in school districts.  On that note, if you have anything you want to share, please email me directly with the details.

I encourage our membership to use the NYSASPA blog to share general thoughts, opinions, comments etc.  I also encourage our membership to participate in the discussion forums which is available under the Members only tab after you log on.  This is a great resource for members to have work related question answered, and refer back to in the future.
